5.1. We accept returns for eligible items within 3 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, in its original packaging, the hang tag remains on the product, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

5.2. The cost of return shipping/delivery is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped). 5.3. Only in cases where we cancel your order due to the item being sold out, we issue a cash/credit card refund.

5.4 We do not issue refunds of payment if you wish to cancel, return, or exchange a product. Store credit only will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
